What does Refiready sell?
Two business products. Refinance Lead Data is predictive, DNC-scrubbed homeowner data for mortgage call centers, brokers, and lenders. The AI Texting Platform is a subscription SMS and MMS platform for teams messaging customers who have opted in.
What makes the texting platform different?
It has an assistant built in that works with you. Ask it anything, from “How do I set up a campaign?” to “Who needs help on my team?”, from your phone or laptop. Drop in a CSV and it cleans the data, checks consent and Do Not Call, segments your contacts, and builds campaigns for you to approve.
Can I buy one product without the other?
Yes. Each product is sold and billed on its own. Many teams use both, but neither requires the other.
How much does it cost?
Both products are quoted for your team. Lead data is priced by volume and fields. Texting is a monthly subscription per seat with included message credits. See texting plans and our billing policy.
Can I text the leads I buy from you?
Not unless you've separately obtained each person's consent to receive texts. Lead data doesn't include texting consent. The texting platform is for people who have opted in to hear from your business.
Does the AI send messages on its own?
No. AI builds campaigns, drafts replies, and tags intent, but it never sends a message on its own. Your team approves every campaign and reply before it goes out.
How do I get support or cancel?
