Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Who you are paying

Refiready.ai is operated by Data Acquisition Partners LLC. Charges appear on your statement under the Refiready.ai name. Our services are sold to businesses only.

Texting platform billing

The refiready.ai Texting Platform is a subscription service. Pricing is quoted per account, and your Order Form lists every fee before you sign. Charges can include:

• Seat fees: a recurring fee for each named user, billed monthly in advance unless your Order Form states otherwise. If your Order Form includes an annual commitment, fees for the full commitment are owed even when billed monthly.
• Message credits: each seat includes the monthly message credits stated in your Order Form. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over unless your Order Form says so. One-time credit packs expire 12 months after purchase.
• Overage and auto-replenishment: if your credit balance reaches zero, we may automatically charge your payment method for the credit package in your Order Form, or pause sending until the balance is restored.
• Carrier and registration pass-through fees: fees charged by carriers and The Campaign Registry, including 10DLC brand and campaign registration, vetting, monthly campaign fees, carrier surcharges, and number fees, are passed through as stated in your Order Form.
• One-time fees such as setup or number porting fees, if listed in your Order Form.

Fees exclude applicable sales, use, telecommunications, and similar taxes, which are added where required.

Lead data billing

Lead data orders are priced and billed as stated in the order form or agreement for that order, including volume, delivery schedule, and payment terms.

Payment methods

You authorize us to charge the credit card or ACH account on file for all fees when due. Credit card payments may carry a processing fee if stated in your Order Form. Please keep your billing and contact information current.

Late payment

Past-due amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower. If any amount is more than 10 days past due, we may suspend service until it is paid in full.

Price changes

We give at least 30 days’ written notice before changing fees. For term plans, new fees take effect at the start of the next renewal term. Carrier pass-through fees may change on notice when a carrier changes its charges.

Cancellation and renewal

• How to cancel: email support@refiready.aifrom your account owner’s email address. Cancellation is effective only once we confirm it in writing. Requests made by other means, such as replying to a text message, do not stop billing.
• Month-to-month plans renew each month until cancelled on 30 days' written notice.
• Term plans renew automatically for the same length as the initial term unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the current term ends, unless your Order Form states otherwise.
• After your account ends, your contacts and message history remain available for export for 30 days. Accounts in good standing may port their phone numbers to another provider during that period.

Refund policy

All fees are non-refundable, including fees for unused seats or unused message credits, except where your Order Form or agreement expressly provides otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation took effect, email support@refiready.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and correct any billing error.

Governing agreement

Use of the texting platform is governed by your signed Order Form and the Texting Platform Master Services Agreement. Lead data services are governed by the order form or agreement for that order and our Terms of Service.
